A Rare Case of Gradenigo Syndrome: Sequelae to Otomastoiditis

Introduction: Gradenigo syndrome is a triad comprising of abducens nerve palsy, trigeminal neuralgia and petrous apicitis. It is quite rare complication of otitis media. We hereby report a rare case of a 17-year-old girl who presented with sudden onset of diplopia and left periorbital pain, which on imaging showed otomastoidits, petrous apicitis and epidural abscesses surrounding it.
