We have been screening articles for plagiarism, however only rejecting if found
unclean. This more stern action is being taken because of the unscrupulous behavior
of handful of authors, who have been involved in ethical misconduct. The Screening
and taking decision on such articles cost's huge time and resource of the journal.
It directly delays the process of genuine articles.
Hope you will help us to maintain the reputation of IJARS.
